Usually orders will ship {Mon-Thur} .  Most orders received by noon ship same day.
If you have a PO Box address please  provide it as well.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items not damaged or used.

#5 When form is complete click on submit button at bottom. You will see a copy of the order sent to us. We will E-MAIL or FAX a confirmation with pricing within 24 hours.                       If you prefer you may phone or print form and mail or fax it to us.
